   I just got home from a meeting with my little (sister) at her school, we painted, sculpted clay, talked about animals. This is the most rewarding volunteer task that I have taken on. I think everyone should be apart of this program.  Read More »

It looks like the spring season is finally here judging by the forcasted weather of the next few weeks, and soon after spring our beautiful summers will arrive. While spring and summer are season favorites, they mean that our exposure to sun will tripple, and our risk of sun burn and skin cancer will sky rocket as well.  Read More »
