Digging into the Election: Obama (pt.1)

Obama, the nominee for the Democratic party as President of the United States.

A lot of people have been talking about Obama and the change that he will bring. However, despite the fact I can't vote in this election, I have been keeping my ears open to the news. Has anyone else noticed that all the newscasters do is rave about the great Obama, but they never mention what that "change" is? How can anyone want a President in office who cannot even say what his plans are? Or who will constantly flip and flop on his plans to whatever suits the polls best? Does anyone else see the danger in a man with no backbone being President? And if someone disagrees and thinks he HAS a plan, then please, give me detailed blog response. I have watched interviews and the news, and I have uncovered That's one red card, Obama.

Anyone ever watch a interview of Obama and see how he answers direct questions? It's insanely easy to see how easily he avoids a "direct answer". Ask Obama a yes or no answer, and he will tell you in the fanciest words he can imagine "maybe". Need an example of how completely unable he is to make a decision? Here's a fact that Hillary Clinton gave in a debate, before the Presidential nominees were decided: "Obama voted 130 times 'present.' That's not yes, that's not no. That's maybe." All of those issues were ones that were controversial, and of those controversial votes, the topic was above all abortion. If he can now simply answer the questions that these voting tallies were asking, then why did Obama not answer them the first time? Why did he wait? Another example, "Asked at what point a baby gets 'human rights,' Obama, who strongly supports abortion rights, said: '… whether you’re looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity … is above my pay grade'" (Source A). Red card number two, Obama.

Next, "When the character of a man is not clear to you, look at his friends" is the theme of this paragraph. If Obama flops around and doesn't make a direct statement, then how can we determined the character of Obama? We have to look at his friends. Now, who is this man's friend? First off, he announced awhile ago that his mentor was a man named "Reverend Wright". Of course, all Obama lovers will scream that he denounced that! Well, when did he denounce it? After the appallling facts of Reverend Wright were brought to light, Obama retracked his statement. You see being friends with Reverend Wright was no longer a good thing; it became a negative impact in the polls, so he dropped him like a hot potatoe. Now, for some uninformed readers, I'll tell you why Reverend Wright wasn't the most honorable of men. By the way, if you doubt my words, search Reverend Wright into the youtube search bar. Okay, if Obama called him his mentor, then we should look up the definition of mentor. Mentor means "a wise and trusted counselor or teacher." So, Obama is saying this is the man who counsels him, who teaches him, who has lead him. So, this mentor, Reverend Wright, has been taped during his sermons, and at one point he says the following, "God bless America? No, God *beep* America! God *beep* America!" (*beep* as in a replacement for the swear word). Does anyone else think this is an iffy occurence? Would you vote for a man who had friends who hate America? Remember, ladies and gentlemen, this is Obama's first friend on the list of friend's. Tomorrow, I'll bring you more, but for a reminder, Obama, that's a third red card.

If someone thinks McCain sucks, good for you. If someone thinks Obama sucks, good for you. However, if you cannot back up why, then don't whine and call me a liar. I point out the facts that almost every news station has yet to really point out. Why can't there be a fair election without bias? Don't say that there has been, because if you watch the news, you know the news stations have picked their canidate, and the fancy worded Obama has won most stations. However, I'm not saying, "Don't vote Obama". I'm informing you of the things I've discovered, and so far, I have found no reason, NONE, for which I would inclined to vote for the Obama that I have seen. So, I'll be back, with more to share.
