Why do we keep on going towards the Middle East? Do they want our opinions, religion, and our presence there? Apparently not. Then why keep on going back? It is to make ourselves look better, and to prove to the world that we will not back down from anything. But is our presence really doing anything? Of course it is not. The country of Iraq is still in the midst of chaos as we speak. Iran is doing activities behind our back, and are not listening to a word we say to them. Israel cries our help every time a group invades. We then go to help and lose men to a war that has no clear affect on the soldiers to begin with. Our occupation in the Middle East should not be stopped fully, but it should not be the main focus of our foreign policy. How about probably the worst continent in the world as of right now? Africa needs our attention the most! The country is in more of chaos than the Middle East, but they do not shun America as the Middle East has. And we could benefit them more than the Middle East. Our medical, science, etc are vastly needed their. Along with our education system needs to be introduced there now.
