You are walking down the street and you look around; what do you see? Do you see people that are too fat or too thin or what? Are you a part of any of these groups in society?
We all want to bee thin or buff - for guys- or with curves, right?
Some people go to extreme measures like not eating but one thing a day and drinking caffeine or caffeine products to kill the hunger, or vomiting every time they eat something, or exercising five hours a day,e.t.c.
But is this right? The answer, in my opinion, is NO
IT IS NOT RIGHT TO STARVE YOURSELF OR HURT YOUR BODY IN A WAY THAT CAN DEFINATELY MAKE YOU SICK, WEAK, DEFENCELESS, AND EVEN BRING YOU DEATH.
There are many healthy ways to lose weight and to get the body you want.
-For example eating 3 meals a day with at least 2 small snacks (when I say snacks I mean nutritious ones like fruit, yogurt, granola, natural peanuts, e.t.c)
-Exercising for about and hour or maybe 2(this includes about 35- 45 min doing cardio or on the treadmill, running, e.t.c.)
-Getting a good night sleep of about 7 to 8 hours (if your body rest right you will have more energy during the day and who knows you might even be able to learn better)
-In the meals; trying to eat things with little sugar -candy, deserts, you get the picture- eating lots of protein like chicken, beans, fish, pork, and a small amount of compound carbohydrates like pasta, bread, rice, but eating a lot of other carbohydrates like vegetables which are great.
-Not eating meals after 8 pm but one may have a little snack if one gets hungry later like a bowl of healthy cereal, or milk, but nothing like bread, or pop tarts.
-Being active during the day. This will help you burn calories and have fun.
Many people don’t understand why they should eat so many times a day and think that if they eat less then they will get thin. I understand were this people are coming from: when one has excess calories that one needs to burn, then one decides not to eat so that the body can use does calories already in our bodies. WRONG, even when it makes perfect sense is not right. When a person eats less meals than their body needs they slow down their metabolism which is what makes everybody burn calories when they are working out or being active, the faster your metabolism is the more calories you burn but this does not mean the faster your heart rate the better, NO, when your heart is faster than it should be for what ever once age is and height and weight, that means that your heart is WEAK, and that it is having a hard time maintaining your body in good conditions. Many times if a person has a very peaceful heart rate it means that their heart is in top conditions and that it is having no difficulties in supplying and helping the body that it is in but other times it may mean that the person has a heart disease or something of that sort.
KNOW, the kind of people that cannot control their weight at all then that may be a bit more serious, something of relation to family history or high cholesterol, maybe even diabetes; IF THIS IS YOU READING I THINK YOU SHOULD GO TO THE DOC. and ask them about it because you might be in time to help yourself.
Now I want to touch the FAST FOOD AND ' FREEZER DINNERS’ matters.
WE ALL LOVE FAST FOOD, it is fast and it taste delicious but even when we do not want to realize it, it is BAD FOR THE BODY, it has extreme amounts of calories, cholesterol, sodium, Fats, e.t.c.
AND WHEN I SAY EXTREME AMOUNTS OF CALORIES I MEAN THAT A BURGER, SOME MEDIUM FRIES AND MAYBE EVEN A DRINK OR A SUNDAY HAVE MORE THAN ALL THE CALORIES THAT A PERSON IN A 2,000 TO 2,500 CALORIES DIET( an average persons diet scale)SHOULD HAVE IN THE ENTIER DAY.
I know it is hard but be aware of this and check what you eat before you eat it. Now I am not saying that fast food is not good every once in a while but it is not healthy to eat it once or twice every day.
I could go ON AND ON AND ON ABOUT THIS SUBJECT BECAUSE ONE THING BRANCHES INTO ANOTHER BUT IM GOING TO STOP RIGHT HERE!!!.
A LOT OF PEOPLE TAKES THE EXTREME BY STARVING THEMSELVES OR NOT CARRING AT ALL. I SAY THAT THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS TO HAVE A HEALTHY DIET AND A GOOD EXERCISE RUITINE BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT IS GOING TO MAKE YOUR BODY HEALTHY AND LAST LONGER.
ALSO NO DRUGS, DRINKING, SMOKING, (IT REALLY HELPS NOT TO DO ANY OF THESE THINGS)!!!!!!!!!
take care of the body you have because you wont be able to change it never ever, and love yourself no matter what!
Young people i know it is hard, i mean homework, parties, friends, teachers, school, family, and eveything in between just makes everything more complicated but take at least one hour to work out or you can apply to play in a sport you may really like or would like to learn about and participate in, IT FUN!!!!!
