This is my very first post and I'm kind of unsure about this site...However I'll give myself a short introduction: my name is Nicole, I live in the Coachella Valley, I'm going to UC Santa Cruz in the fall, I'm interested in Journalism, Cultures, Activism, DIY, and other leftist rabbles. I had dread locks until a few weeks ago, they now lay in a box ( its kind of a custom sorry if its gross). I decided to cut them off a bit on a whim. I'm looking forward to reading your entries. Just out of curiosity, though, what do you do with the hair? Do you save it for a reason? (Don't think I'm weird, I honestly just have this strange drive to know as much as I can about people. People fascinate me;)
I have insomnia as well. It sucks at times, but then again, it seems to give me an advantage in life. :)
