After watching a documentary on the decoding of the Bible, I have come to the conclusion that the human mind is very complex but at the same time very one track. Experts say that certain patterns and codes in the original text of the Bible have uncovered words that correspond with major events in history like WWII and 9/11. I, on the other hand, am a little skeptical of the whole idea. These codes did not seem to actually be in one consistent pattern with one another. The words that pertained to the events were found near each other, but in different directions and distances. My theory is that if you study and look at a work of literature, especially one as greatly used and read as the Bible, you are bound to start seeing patterns and words that connect to major events because you are looking so hard to find them. The mind is very much fascinated with finding patterns that is why math was invented. Math basically consists of a bunch of patterns that repeat, and out of these patterns we derive mathematical formulas. This must be why so many people have found these codes to be concise.
