Nuclear threats? Ugh, I hate thinking about what would happen if someone sent off a nucllear bomb, especially since it would probably start a nuclear war. What can we do to stop one from happening? Wow, if anyone answers this question, either they are smarter than einstien, or They're idea is just plain retarded. With other countries other than ours, we could have our hands tied behind our backs tommorow. Every heard of black mail? Well I wouln't suggest getting into a situation of black mail when the stakes are as high as a nulcear war.
China has made it clear that They want thiawan back. They don't want it to be an independent nation; they want it to be their nation. Thaiwan wants to be independent, and thus far America has helped them get what they want. Basically what China has said is that they want to get thaiwan back, and if the United States interfers, We would inevidably lose Los Angelos due to a nuclear strike from China. Ouch, that news hurts. This is how big a mess we're in.
Your answer might be, oh well just let them take damn thaiwan. And this might be the right move. however, one compromise leads to another, and eventually America is as weak as a baby. Our strength has always been the modivating factor of our greatness. If the world sees america's strength, they won't want to mess with us. But the thing is, we don't abuse this power. We don't try to take over the world when we have the power to do so. We do what needs to be done, and then just stop. This shows strength, and the resposiblity of power at it's greatest.
Today, people are weak. Americans are weak. They would give in when it's the easy short term solution. Americans today feel that we are too powerful and need to back off, but don't you see this is a mistake. Just because we're powerful, doesn't mean we have to back off. We're not abusing our power in anyway. If anything, we abuse ourselves when we let other nations make us weak.
If other countries see us as weak, and see americans thinking they are weak, they will lose reverence for this nation. They will become the big dog, and use us as a little play toy, or puppet. They're attitudes already make me think that they wouldn't hesitate abusing their power against us.
Let's not let this happen. If other nations have nuclear capabilities, we are at risk. The entire world is at risk. Don't give into blackmail though!
