[Gays should have equal rights] - I hope you get my point!

Okay, so...

I am a sarcastic bitch who generally cares little for those people who can never seem to catch a hint or figure out the point. I try to be nice, but when nice doesn't work...

You get me.

If you've been following my blog, you'll no doubt see a trend over the past hour or so. In both of my previous blogs (here and here), the titles have little to do with the content of the blog - they merely state my opinion regarding a particular cause in the title, and then the blog is about something completely unrelated. But how many people went to those blogs thinking they had to do with what the title mentioned?

Is this legal to do? Yes. Doing this does not violate the Terms of Service. It's not considered advertising or marketing, and does not shove my opinion down your throat or call you names for not agreeing with me.

But does that mean you should do it?

It's annoying. It steals attention from your blog, and ultimately turns people away from the cause.

Why do that? It makes no sense. And it just causes a headache for every one. Visitors to the blog find it akin to advertising, or at least some form of commercialism, moderators and faculty members end up getting countless flags to review and yet can't do a damn thing about it except to ask nicely to stop.

If you want to promote a cause, by all means do so. This site is here so you can state your opinions and discuss issues that are important to you. But please - at least do it with integrity...
