Just to make this clear... I'm not jumping to conclusions here or accusing the moderators of censorship here in any way... that's not my intention at all.
I and several other users noticed that a blog titled 'how to be a good democrat', which was actually pretty funny (to some), although possibly insulting to others (but definitely not personally so, thereby it shouldn't be violating the TOS???), randomly disappeared this afternoon after being posted.
Out of curiosity, did the user delete the blog, or did moderators?
Thanks,
Kate

It was unpublished because it did not contain 100 words of original content. It's one of those random postings that can be found elsewhere. The author has been given the chance to make edits and it will be republished to adhere to the 100 word original content rule. If he chooses not to make the edits, that's his decision. So, yes it is gone for the time being but no, not because it would have been insulting to some.

*gasp*
That cheater!
Damnit... I liked that post... and I even made up new cute things to add in a comment.
Thanks for clearing up the mystery. I am totally disappointed that it was unoriginal.
Do you want me to retrieve your comment for you? I can do that in case he doesn't edit to make it original.
