what about those children who were brought here illegal by there parents?

i have always ask my self this question about the children that were brought here by there parents when they were only younger than five do they get the right to be here it wasn't there fault that they were forced here they didn't know so do they have be punished for what there parents did... i think not i think they should be given the chance to be citizens 1. is because this, this the united states is there home this place is all they know they were practicality raise as an american and i know that there many who been in school since they were 5 and they have graduated from high school... so people give me your opinion on this.

I tend to agree with you. Children should not be punished for something that they had no control over. With-holding education, medical care, etc from these kids because their parents broke the law is morally repugnant to me.

I agree, but I do have a big problem with the parents not paying taxes. I think that when an illegal child is brought in for care, it should be given but the parents should be required to work off the debt and pursue citizenship or move out. The children could either return with the parents or be held in custody. I don't think this is a perfectly ideal scenario, but it's just one way that the situation could be handled. There's no easy answer.
