Nothing Is Said:The Problem With My Space

Tagged:

I got into social blogging using Xanga last fall. I love it and post on it about every other day. Lately though many of my friends have stopped using Xanga all together because they use Myspace. I tried out Myspace and created my own. There are several features lacking on Myspace that take away from he blogging experience. Myspace is really more a short bio than a blog. You really can't post on Myspace, the my blog feature is not on your profile that everyone sees, so no one reads your blog, and so no one bothers to make posts. All that goes on is on Myspace is people brainlessly saying hi to each other on the comments box on the profile. On Xanga there is regularly things to read. People write about what they are doing in life. People write odd and funny things that happen to them. You can start organizing things such as a trip to a theme park. Almost nothing is said on Myspace though, except hello.
