Why is one school better than another?

Education and money. One is dependent on the other. If we didn't have money or for that matter, our goverment wouldn't provide enough money then our education systems wouldn't be very useful. The new education lottery is supposed to go toward education but yet some school systems have yet to see the effects of it. When traveling across the state or into other states for that matter you see this giant schools with three levels and nice athletic facilities for their sports teams. How is it that other school systems can have all these nice facilities and yet some schools don't. Shouldn't all the education money be divided equally so that every school has the same opprotunities as the next school. I don't think that one school is more significant than the other. Or why is one school considered better than the other school. It just doesn't seem fair. If every school had the same amount of funding then these schools with little funding would be able to afford newer programs and technology for their students.
