With the growing number of "buddy" friendly sites and blog hot spots we all should be overwhelmed. Are sites like MySpace and Facebook becoming just a little too much? Or are they giving people a blank canvas to paint their own opinions and beliefs? I think that they have indeed become too much. Its almost scary how much of your down time is devoted to sites such as these two. Although I do feel that there is some good that come from always being in touch with your peers, i still have my concerns.
Some of you may disagree, but I feel its a problem when you create a new personality for each site you visit. Its so funny to me that a person's Facebook profile can be totally different from their MySpace profile. You could almost mistake them as being different people. BE REAL! Majority of the MySpace profiles are as FAKE as can be! Its like everybody wants to be the baddest this and the finest so and so. I really feel that people are getting to rapped up in the images that are seen on T.V. I mean if you are not going to have the badass personality in person, don't have it on a website. I think it's extremely LAME! I just want to remind people that it's okay to just be youself and BE REAL!!!
