I am pro-choice yet anti-abortion. I don't believe in abortion but I don't want to impose that belief on others, which makes me pro-choice.
I don't like the term pro-life because I believe that most of the population is pro-life. Nobody WANTS to get an abortion, they just feel that it's the only plausible option for them.
The reason that I dislike many so called "pro-lifers" is that they impose their beliefs on others. Tis a difference in a matter of opinion, ya'll.
When abortions were illegal, people still sought them. So called "coat hanger abortions" are extremely dangerous and, in my opinion, not worth making abortion illegal again. Instead of forcing people to use unsanitary, unsafe abortion methods, it makes more sense to provide them with legal, clean options.
I choose not to get an abortion. I'm not about to let my opinion stop you from getting one, however.
