So I've been looking around on this web page, and reading several blogs, but for the most part, I have found many of them to be pointless, and an effortless try at winning the scholarship. Granted this is probably going to be labeled as one of those blogs, but it doesn't bother me any.
Also, I've seen many people just copy / paste news articles, or re-write them in a more understable format. This is a bit annoying in my opinion. I enjoy the news, I enjoy most parts of life, but I really don't need to read the same thing copied and pasted to here.
What attracts me to continue reading is if people are actually putting their own beliefs and opinions into their posts. Ill give an example here:
One of the more recently added topics was about the amish shootings in PA. The first article I read in someone's blog was just a copy / paste, and it was so much so, that I closed their blog, and went to a news page to read it instead. Now, I can understand a copy / paste IF a person has their opinions clearly written below the copied text, or even quoting the text from time to time and explaining their feelings about the quoted text.
I don't know, this just is my opinion, agree or disagree, the right is yours.
