- Hometown: Manchester, Michigan
- Current school: Western Culinary Institute
- University plans: Graduate in spring, and continue on to a masters program in International Relations
- Major: Baking and Pattiserie
- Career goals: I would love to work at a bakery or resturant that produces nutritious food, with options for most food allergies and awarenesses, and an environmental consiousness. Mainly though, I love to communicate, through writing, through music, through putting together meals that nourish and relax.
- Favorite Quote: The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.--Nietzsche
- Who inspires you to be a great person?: Who doesn't? My mother has been a tremendous source of inspiration, as have my studies. I am, as Condi said, a "student of history." Seeing peoples mistakes from the past makes me determined that we CAN do better. Anyone who has ever read my blog, or debated politics with me in person has left their own mark, win lose or draw.
