Did Schwarzenegger Just Give the California State Assembly the Finger, or Is This Just Coincident?

California "Governator" Arnold Schwarzenegger recently vetoed a bill. Here is the note he sent back to the California State Assembly telling them that. Did he hide a "Fuck You" in there or is this just a mere coincident?

Considering the full content of the message, I'd say it's intentional. Even if it's not, though, it's still hilarious.
