fathers right to there children

alright, i found this site, lokking for assistance in furthering the privilage to see my son. i viewed alot at what women had to say and i have to tell you im not happy with what ive read. . It came to a point where it would be best if we split up( she needed her mother). i respected that. Now i live 2 hours away, i have a job that i could not find at home. also, i have a 2bdrm apt, 1 of those rooms eagerlly awaiting my son. I guess, even tho she asked me to leave ,ive still been there. I went to the hospital, my son was to be born FATHER's day. he was as stubborn as his mother. she got to the hospital friday. i got there saturday. i was assisted out of the hospital. because her mother was worried about her blood pressure. (hello! she is having my baby!) any way, i waited outside in the parking lot from saturday morining till sunday afternoon. Now because i feel the thought of the child not being mine, i cant see him till my name is on the birth certificate
..... yes i am the faher the blood results prove it. Now, i need help, im alone, im waiting for my son, ive missed out on to much. And for what?, because my name is not on the certificate?----my son was born June 22 2008, it is today's date January 10 2009.... to much time has past... when can i see my son?
