College has forced me to open my eyes to views other people may have, and I am doing my best to integrate open-mindedness into my view of the world.
One world view, however, that I fear I will never completely accept, is Islam. (Muslims, may you forgive me, but I will explain.)

This is Day three of "We don't need you to come in today."
In addition to the "feminine problem" that needed to be addressed, I also got hit with a terrible case of the flu. This (as crazy as it sounds) was great because I was able to get into the doctor on Monday without lies, embarassment or invasion of privacy, and take care of myself for once.
the difference between men and women is simply...we as women care so much more...from the first day we learn about sex we are taught that sex is something that shouldnt be given to just anyone...to wait until marriage...its something special to hol on to until we are mature enough to handle it.
A little over two weeks into my new government job with the harassment policy from heaven, and I encounter a new problem. Since I lost my health insurance benefits after leaving my last job where I was harassed by a coworker, and I have no health insurance now, I am left to explore other options now that I have a "feminine problem."
When I was really young I once watched the movie 'Great Expectations' which contains a scene where a man beats a woman while she screams and pleads for mercy. That scene scarred me and since then domestic abuse has disturbed me greatly.
I can't pay for college; that's a fact. By the time I graduate, I will probably have anywhere between $30,000 and $40,000 of student loan debt on top of whatever interest rate I'll have to pay back, and that's being conservative on the estimate of what I'll be paying.
