In this day and age, many people are confused by exactly what it means to be a virgin. But does it really matter? dr. Karen Rayne doesn't think so. According to her blog, it is just a way of categorizes people, giving them titles as soon as we look at them.
As I've been reading blogs, one of the most widely discussed topics has been sex ed. What should we do?
Over the last year I have met more people around my age who are virgins rather than sexual maniacs. Granted I am no longer the former, many young adults are holding out for that special person who they love. Some of the people I have met, even though virgins, have gone around the other bases a few times. Nevertheless most are waiting for marriage.
I am sorry to say that abstinence-only sexual education was taught in my middle school when I was a child.

About two and a half years ago, I had the radio on one day before school, just like I always do. I had it turned on my “favorite” radio station, which was one of the local Top 40s. Usually, I just keep it on for background noise, because I hate silence. The topic of discussion for that that morning, however, was virginity.
I recently took a poll on abstinence and waiting until marriage. A lot of the voters say that they didn't wait for sex until marriage, which is just dandy. I on the other hand, am waiting for sex, but not until marriage. I don't believe in the marriage for 1. I don't know exactly what I am waiting for. I laid in my bed last night and seriously contemplated what my reasonings were.
I'm 17 years old, sex is always on my brain! Help me!
It is no mistake that today's world has one majorly mixed up view of sex. Many people view sex as a way of expressing love towards someone, and this is absolutley....CORRECT.
