Today, my pastor gave a sermon... And, he gave us all a thought....
What are we leaving behind?

I think that gender identity and sexual oriention are a social issue that should to be brought more to the light. Apparently, so did my AP Psych. teacher.

That's the name of the book I just finished reading. It's by one of my favorite authors, Robert B. Parker. He created the characters Spenser, Hawk and Susan Silverman (eventually made into the tv show Spenser: For Hire starring the late Robert Urich). It's one of his newer books I don't own yet (I have most of them and at least a third of them in hardback), so this copy is from the library.

So I went to church Saturday night for the Easter Vigil with my folks. It started off really nice, the church had the lights off and we waited for the priest to bring on the “light of God” and pass it on to everyone.

Do you remember back in the day having to write term papers or essays for your history or English class?

Part of me loves those little ranking stars... Part of me hates them passionately. Of course I like them when I get lots of them; but not when I only get one or two. Maybe that's a message? People aren't liking what I have to say? Or maybe I'm just not saying it in a way that's clear enough? Either way... I'm not liking the ranking thing.

I hope I wont get jumped on for this one...

Have you ever felt like you just wanted to crawl out of your own mind? I definitely have. I would express my feelings with my friends, but truthfully I don't have many close ones, and I'm guessing the people on here are more likely to understand what I am feeling.
