I have finally come to terms with the truth that no matter where I go, whether the sexual harassment policy is taken seriously or not, I will always have some 50-something year old fat pig making sexual and derogatory statements about me and to me.
I am suicidal.

I was just browsing threw some blogs and came acrossed one girls post about racisimin public schools. I must say i agree with her to a point, I never really was confronted with racisim untill i moved back tot he states in 2000. You see i grew up in the military.
Seriously, why do you feel the need to rub my thigh?
People are always touching me. Why do people think that this is ok? I don't understand this. I think people are overstepping their bounds. The excuse, "Oh, but he's gay." So? I don't care. I don't want him touching me and the way he was touching me, certainly did not convince me that he's gay.

And this applies to sexual harassment, rape, domestic violence and other illegal activities in which females are primarily the victims.

The sexual harassment policy at my new government job reads like a formula for peace. I would encourage anyone experiencing or wishing to avoid workplace harassment issues in the private business sector to consider working for the government. I am also a member of the Union now.
