The judge denied Craig's request to reverse his guilty plea but Senator Craig decided to stay in the office anyway. Now, the question is will Craig's decision to not resign hurt the Republicans?

So many people blog about Senator Craig as a related topic to homosexuality. But I didn't see anyone mentioning the legal or political side of it. Next week, Larry Craig will face a judge and ask to reverse his signed guilty plea. Although it is a tough case, I wouldn't say that he has no chance at all.

It is so funny to see how famous politicians put themselves into vulnerable position in front of the public, especially when it comes to a topic about their sexuality. Senator Craig, Mark Foley and James McGreevey are examples of politicians who falls under such phenomenon.
