I am not a fashion guy. What brand someone wears does not define who they are. However, there is one fashion choice that just really bothers me – when a WSU student wears another college’s gear.  Read More »

Because They Took God Out of Our Schools

Tagged:  •    •    •    •    •

One of the side effects of not announcing that I'm not Christian is that people often don't think about it. I admit it, long ago, I didn't really think about it either. But, it makes for some rather uncomfortable circumstances.  Read More »

School Work Can Take a Break

So, it's school work that's getting me down but I am not going to burn out when it's nearing the end of the semester.
I don't know why I hate endings and have hard time completing things.

I do well in school but what I mean is that I don't like completely finishing my courses. The past few times have been hell, things always go wrong with family...members actually have started dying on me.  Read More »

The Unfortunate and Untimely Death of Creativity

Tagged:  •    •    •    •    •

Who needs creativity when there is mass internet searching sites? I personally have an experience with this phenomenon. I am [or was at one point] a student in the IB (International Baccalaureate) Program in my high school. Which involved writing more papers and producing more original ideas for projects than a non-IBer could ever imagine.  Read More »

I got my prescriptions for free (and I was on birth control for a while, so that was really nice), got in to see my Primary Care Provider whenever I wanted, and got lab tests run all the time. I didn't have to pay a cent for it, and my mom only had to pay like $3 a month for it.  Read More »

Money Majors, and why you don't have to be one.

I should probably get this out of the way immediately--I'm a Linguistics major at the moment, French minor, studying Hindi possibly for a double major, and seriously considering pre-pharmacy. I'm keenly interested in medicinal herbs, foreign languages, conserving the environment and helping people. I also love to write.  Read More »

The End

Tagged:  •    •

As the end of high school comes closer, I become more anxious to be out, to start college. After graduation decision mean much more than they ever have. One "wrong" decision can lead your life down a path you don't want it to go down. What if I choose the wrong college, the wrong major? I have the map all layed out and my trip planned, but what if its not the right thing?  Read More »
