This was a scholarship I wrote that is dripping with sarcasm because I'm pretty much done writing scholarship essays. Read More »

Deviance is fun for everyone
The following is an actual account of the deviance project I had to do for my Social Problems class. No names were changed, I care not for the innocent Read More »
Its in the Little things...
I don't know about you, but there are just some days when I get home, exhuasted from another day, and i just feel like I accomplished nothing. I wonder what good I am doing, how my redundant, day in day out routine is getting me anywhere or making a difference in the world at all. What does going to school everyday, then to work at the little resturant I work at do for anyone? What is the point? Read More »

Proofreading
Okay, Really, I just need to get this off my chest. Since when has ProgressiveU become the Grammar consultant of the universe. Really, honestly, who cares if I can't spell hippopotamus. I don't. Yes I do hammer the same point over and over again so I thank you for reading my comments and posts, although some migraines were caused... Anyways, thanks for reading and debating! Read More »
And the Youth Shall Inheret the Media...Through Revolution: CurrentTV--By the Youth, For the Youth
So I just learned about Current TV by this guy that came to my school for one of my film and media classes. He told us all about Current. When I heard it was started by Al Gore, I wasn't so interested. Oh great, a television station dedicated to global warming, ManBearBig, and slow monotimous talking. As I learned, it's so much more than that. Read More »
