" What came first, the music or the misery? People worry about kids playing with guns, or watching violent videos, that some sort of culture of violence will take them over. Nobody worries about kids listening to thousands, literally thousands of songs about heartbreak, rejection, pain, misery and loss.

A question before beginnning (which will, in fact, signify the beginning): how necessary is conceit to blogging?
I have a question ...
What would get you to change your outlook on a supreme being? That is, if you are Atheist, what would convince you that there is a God. If you are a believer in a God, what would it take to convince that there is not one?
Why is that it is such a loss to conform? Why is such a gain to stand alone?
Normally, my blogs/articles, post an opinion, suggestion, or idea, but in this one I'd like to pose a question. I need logical answers, and I thought I'd come to my fellow bloggers for some valid ideas.
When I started at the current job I have a little over two months ago, I was promised 39 hours a week, day time hours, and later I was promised to move to a slightly higher position, with higher pay. The latter offer came over a month ago. However, none of these initial garuantees have been fulfilled. My company knows that I will be leaving in less than two months, however they said it would not hinder the above mentioned promises.
