Before Kaia was born, there was a standing joke around here that we were going to start a 'fund' for him. Instead of a college fund, his was going to go toward paying for the massive amounts of therapy he would undoubtedly need after enduring my sister, my self and the rest of the family for 18 years. We are, to put it mildly, kind of like Dharma... without a strong Greg force.
When a person hears the two words serial killer a wave of fear spreads through out the body. But should we be so quick to judge? Yes Serial killers are warped minded indiviuals who kill multiple amounts of people but I have always wanted to know why.
Why and How could that much anger be put into such violence? Did they just have a bad day that day? Or is there really something more to it?
"Anything can be related to psychology."
These words came from my AP Psychology teacher's mouth in our first week of the class. I'm thinking more along the lines of brain chemistry, thought process, loads of theories, and many experiments that don't really have much purpose other than to tell us something we already know. I wasn't the most enthusiastic student.
I really wish I had thought of such a simple question myself, but I hadn't. Ya know what's interesting about this question?
Typically, communication can be thought of as that which is speaker is saying to a listener. However, there may be a little more going on behind the scenes than the simple content of what is being said. Also of note is what is not being said and what *could* have been said.
No one likes to have challenges in their lives; however, stress is normal. How we handle challenges when they arise -- particularly the significant ones -- says a lot about who we are and about human psychology in general.

OR
2. Is aware that such a time may have existed.
