As the Bush saga comes to a close I can not help but look forward with a sense of optimism. Yes, we may have several environmental, economic, and assorted other crises, but Bush leaving has to be the silver lining to those dark clouds. Breaking News -Tim Russert--Meet the Press- Host dies on the Job.

The Washington Bureau Chief for NBC is gone, Vice President of NBC.
Everybody's mentor in the News died today of a heart attack on the Job. It happened at 1:45 or 2:00 pm EST.
People were openly crying.

President Bush gave his condolences.
Tom Brokaw was quite broken up in the first official announcement from NBC News!
Barack has said he will be missed.

I’m not sure exactly where the candidates shifted political positions, but what was once the inevitable Hillary Clinton ticket has now become the “Obama for change” nomination.
