It is finally the day that my parents are finalizing rebuilding plans. With going off to college I don't know what to feel about this. So this city known as new orleans was established hundreds of years ago on the mouth of the mississippi river as a trade port. Since then it expanded so far that in order to continue expanding towards the water, levy's were built to hold back water and essentially create a sea world for low-income housing.  Read More »
