With news headlines flying about the raid on the FLDS (Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints), the question has arisen of how anyone could believe in polygamy, in any form.

In mid-2006 a Mormon fundamentalist leader named Warren Jeffs was placed on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Top Ten Most Wanted List as well as the Fox television show America's Most Wanted. Jeffs made it onto the infamous list for child molestation as well as other charges and the facts unveiled about him and the community he was running would make the coldest heart skip a beat.

Here is my personal experience growing up Mormon (LDS) in Utah, and being gay.
From the time I was old enough to be attracted to anything I knew that I liked/ preferred men. I say prefer, but when I say that I can only think of 3 single events when I was actually attracted to a women (aside from just knowing that a female is aesthetically pleasing I mean).

February 1st 2008 ---Friday and this weekend you can witness a violation of Church and State in Romney Country Utah. Violation in the form of a funeral.
It's another violation of church-state separation in Utahistan..
It is also is a strong contrast between two (great? )religious leaders funerals.
The focus is on this weekend's high cost Church and State Funeral.
