Haven't you always wondered why you yawn? What it was? Why it always seemed to happen right before you went to sleep, and sometimes when you awoke? Why is was seemingly involuntary? Why other primates used it as to communicate? I have.

Skin Picking
Skin picking is something that nobody talks about and it is more common than we actually think. It is a form of self-mutilation that affects a lot of people. Nobody talks about it because it is very personal and shameful to the people that do this. I know somebody very dear to me that suffers from this type of problem. She started in high school.

When you already thought everything was possible
Everyone knows about the disorders of schizophrenia, alzhiemer's and depression. Not everyone knows that the three diseases are placed under the same "umbrella"; demensia.

Vocational Rehabilitation
Ok so in about january I decided to get a mental eval, and the RN who did the diagnosis I think was not listening and only trying to give me the worst case disease she could think up so that the government could continue to shove me into counseling and keep me on medications I dont need.

Sleeping is a Gateway Drug for Being Awake
I think it was the second semester of my sophomore year of college that I mastered the art of successfully pulling an all-nighter (or more than one—in a row.). I won’t go into that here, though. Purposely avoiding sleep is not the smartest thing in the world, and I won’t be responsible for making it easier for all of you to accomplish.

Sympathy for Hitler:The Other Side of a Troubled Human Being
Recently for history, I've been reading a book title, Hitler. The book gives a description of Hitler's life from birth until death. Over the past 5 years or so, I have taken a large interest in dictators when I'm bored. Hitler to me is a truly perplexing case. Most people claim that Hitler is an awful man, and I agree that he did horrible, horrible things.

The Benefits of Religion
So, we have heard it said, time and time again, that religion is an evil thing. One person even went to the point of saying religion has done humanity no good. So, I come here to explain what exactly religion has done in the past to benefit both society and individuals in that society.
Why Should You care? ONE IN FOUR
Next time you're in a lecture hall, or on a bus or in the grocery store, look around. Count off people in fours. Now everytime you reach four, pause on that person, not too long, just a monent then go on the next four.
Why am I asking you to do this exercise?
