Lately, I've been hearing a lot of about the conflict concerning Kosovo's secession from Serbia causing all kinds of mayhem in the Balkans and I'm wondering what the problem is.
It's so hard to understand someone else's problem unless you are immersed in it yourself.
I'll try to recant the information as accurately as I can in order to make an assessment of the situation.
How does this fail to pick up news. I know we are in the mists of a historic election cycle but this could cause potential war. Kosovo declares their independence and now Russia is mad and will use "Military Force" We are allies with Kosovo we recognize their independence. This will just get us involved. Two world powers this is could undoubtedly start another world war.
This week was extrordinary. One nation has dropped an old republic and a new nation has created their first. These events happened almost halfway across the world from eachother, within two days of eachother; they are likely to effect the entire world and many more than just two days. Yes, bloogies, this week was extrordinary.
