Do you ever sleep all day?

For those of you that don’t know, I’m an insomniac. I have insomnia pretty bad, but I cannot take anything to regulate it because most sleeping medications have inconsistent effects on one of my other medications. I’ve dieted right, exercised regularly, turned the air conditioner as low as it will go, and tried about every other insomnia tip, but it never works.

Sleep: Women vs. Men

I was reading an article posted under the "Topics of the Week" and was shocked to learn that women with difficulty sleeping developed more health problems in their future than men with similar sleep patters. The difference lie mainly in heart problems and the production of insulin, leading to type II diabetes. As an insomniac myself, I was forced to do a little more research on the subject.

Insomnia

So, I'm really typing this, because it's 5:02 am and I haven't been able to get any real sleep. For a week now, this is the kind of sleep I've gotten. Where I wake up and move around, go back to sleep, wake up, toss and turn, wake up and just get ready for school earlier than I need to.

I talked to friends about it, and lately a lot of people are having my same issue.
