Happy Feet(Part Duex)

** You know, my friends and i are "different"...we're the ones that people shake their heads at when we enter the room. We've all got our "ways" and the people who've loved us most and longest could tell u that tryna figure us out is hopeless!

I'm More Like You and Less Like Me

Tagged:  •    •    •    •    •    •

My mom often points out how much I look like my best friend. We both have shoulder length hair, layered of course, and with bangs that hang over our eyes. Our only physical difference is that she is much taller than I am. I'm no longer surprised when people think we're sisters, because after hanging out with her for the past thirteen years of my life, I'd expect to look something like her.

MY NAME at Dictionary.com.

Maybe it's just me, but I distinctly remember my freshman year in high school when the most uncool thing you could do was to try and define yourself or others. Everyone wanted to be different and unique, be it through style of clothes, taste in music, or the books you carried around to read for recreation.

Then others see all governments as the source of the loss of freedom. However, I see a different cause for the loss of freedom: the narrow-minded outlook of human societies.

Blog for Progess! (I.e., A Dollar or Two Towards the Fifty Grand Needed for College Next Year)

I, like many of the rest of you, bumbled onto this site thanks to FastWeb's helpful suggestion that the Progressive U people like giving money to kids for that opulently expensive fairytale experience called college.

Be You!

I look around
at the many people that I come into contact with everyday and
I'm wondering why are so many people trying so hard to be something
else other than themselves.  I'm guilty of this too, it's just that
thought in my head that once you figure out you've made a mistake, why
continue it?
