I have a lot of classes with uber conservatives and so when ever a question like this comes up, I'm usually by myself. I think perhaps we should make it easier to get into our country. An illegal immigrant activist, Elvira Arellano, was arrested in downtown L.A. today and there's an uproar over her deportation back to Mexico. Why? She broke the law. Plain and simple. The law is the same for everyone - why should there be exceptions? She used a fake Social Security card, was parading through the country protesting the broken immigration system we have, and then wondered why she got caught and deported.
