When we think of Communism we typically think of China, Cuba, or the Former U.S.S.R. Governments full dictators and corruption. Citizens living in fear of their leaders, afraid to speak up for fear of being reported to government officials. This was something I watched on Oprah. It's all about being positive, loving yourself and all this other stuff. I couldn't explain it myself, you would have to watch the show. There is one thing though, it's a list of the qualities of your ideal guy.
