In our world, we seek freedom, but from what? Many look solely to the overt tyranny of oppressive governments to blame for the lack of freedom. Then others see all governments as the source of the loss of freedom. However, I see a different cause for the loss of freedom: the narrow-minded outlook of human societies.
I wrote this last night, and decided to post it here. Its just simply my thoughts, concerns etc as my Senior Year of High School draws to a close. There might be a sequel I don't know.
In those intensely deep, fearfully quite and morbid dark nights...
as the mind races to catch up with the million heart beats,
I feel and breathe, deeply...to let the captive soul free,
What has my world come to mean to me and for all to see?
You ask me...Who are you? What do you do?
