If there is any one thing that can be said about the 2008 presidential campaign so far, it is that it has been interesting. Among its many twists and turns: John McCain coming from predicted defeat to being the presumptive nominee, Fred Thompson's (let's face it) disastrous run, Hillary Clinton's fall from grace, and Barack Obama's transformation from saviour to politician.
Hillary Clinton
Hillary's Lockjaw Grip and America's Saviour
"It doesn't matter if it's Bill Clinton or Daffy Duck"
Yesterday, Bill Clinton made a five-town tour of West Virginia with the goal being to sway our vote in the primary next week. When Kennedy ran, he spoke in West virginia right before the primary, and managed to get our vote, which turns out made him the democratic candidate. For whatever reason, Bill Clinton decided that my school was an important step in this. Perhaps it was the name, Athens.

DEAN WANTS A NOMINEE NOW!
Howard Dean wants the nomination and he wants it now!

Do I want to foil Barack Obama's Presidential Election in Nov 2008? (From the lips of Hillary)
Well, no, obviously. I just want to give him a challenge. I desire nothing more than to pick him apart issue by issue. Especially on the issue of free trade (NAFTA), because although I think it excellent in theory, I don't support it these days. In fact the accusation that I ever dug such a policy is bonkers.
Well, there went MY support for the Democrats....
right along with most of my respect. As an atheist who believes wholeheartedly in the separation of church and state, I was angered when I read that Hillary and Barack brought up religion and found it necessary to discuss their own beliefs at a forum in Pennsylvania's capital city of Harrisburg. They spoke at Messiah College and focused their discussion on matters of faith.

…Just Not HER! Why Hillary Clinton deserves support...
Love her or hate her, Hillary Clinton certainly sparks debate! See the Senator Clinton media buzz in this Youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcdnlNZg2iM) which highlights some of the more sexist commentary from mainstream media and ends with campaign moments.
A woman President-- A weaker Country
I am not against a woman for president, maybe its just this woman for president. I personally can not see another Clinton in office. A lot of it comes from her views in politics and one main idea makes me view her as a weak woman. And that is reaching back to the good old days with Former President Bill Clinton in office.
Comparing the Candidates on Their Records
While watching Joe Scarborough recently, I saw a clip in which a prominent supporter of Barack Obama was totally unable to name any of his legislative accomplishments. This and other incidents like it raise questions about Obama's experience and effectiveness as a politician. In hopes of finding answers, I looked at the GovTrack website to compare Clinton and Obama's legislative records.
