U. S. Senate Passes the Matthew Shepard Act

Senate passed the Matthew Shepard Act 60 to 39, which expands the federal hate crimes laws to include, amongst other things, violence toward a person because of his or her sexual orientation or gender identity. I was reading in our Daily newspaper that this white man has been jumping groups of Indians. He has been doing this for several months now and we finely caught the man.
