The world beyond the safety of our school walls can be very daunting, especially when the time comes to hunt for your first real, full-time job. College graduates have a whole new set of skills under the belt, having studied hard for tests and papers over the past few years. They also have that nice diploma that gives them a leg-up in the world of job-hunting.

YoU DiD nOt JusT ChECK mE Out!
I have a poem about time. I think it's snaptastic. That's my saying. have many, and that's what makes me me. Here it is:
Stop hiding behind your masquerade
Unravel the torn pieces you glued together
You can't
I can't
Time can
Time
A fundamental
So hard to explain
So easy to trust definition
Time: simple, complex, waste

But when we leave this year, we won't be coming back...
I’m graduating in mid-June. June 14th, to be exact.
It’s scary; on one hand, I’m so ready to blow this Popsicle stand… But on the other hand, I don’t want to let go. I’m going to a college on the other side of the state, and it’s far enough away where my I have to phone ahead for visits, but not so far away that my family won’t be able to reach me after an emergency.

What do I do now?
This is broken up into two parts, aimed at two different groups of people. The first group is typically young, after just graduating from high school. They are considering going to college, but think maybe they need a little break. The second group is typically a little older, went to college, and is now wondering where to go from here.

education is important
I remember when I was in high school, just sitting in class, and all I ever heard was how important it was to go to college, and how no one ever goes to college anymore. and really, all I did was ignore it. I'd put my head down on my desk, and take a nap. Every Wednesday in my advisory class, I would be urged by miss Hayley to go to the library and see the guidance counselor about college.

When I wake up each morning I make an effort to look at the two local papers from my hometown, the local paper where I go to school, as well as news from CNN and MSNBC. Some people call me crazy for looking at so much news, but it is always interesting to see the difference in news reported from CNN and MSNBC.
Moving On Is Hard To Do
I'm not one of those people that relates to change easily. I rarely play things by ear; I need a structured shedule and a plan laid out before I do anything.
The Four Questions That Everyone Wants Answers To
I have recently graduated from high school. Before and since I've graduated there are only four questions that I have been asked.
1. What have you been doing since you've graduated?
2. Where are going to school?
3. What's your top school?
4. What's your major?
Personally, I'm fed up with it. My answers:
1. Working
2. I have no idea yet.
