Two teenage girls on their way to Los Angeles flying on Southwest Airlines. They said Southwest flight attendants discriminated against them because they were "young" and "pretty." From what I can tell, gender discrimination is much stronger than racism. I'm not denying that racism is incredibly potent, but I think that sexism is more so. Guys--no offense--have been used to being in control since, essentially, the beginning of the entire human race. Equal pay for equal work, fair and equal opportunities, and overall equality in the workplace, they do not seem like hard requests to fulfill, but throughout the years, women have been denied these requests.
