Suddenly I noticed that the world, and my friends, are moving on without me. I'm gone for a little while and suddenly BOOM, the bomb of social shit. So what do you do after this? After the shocking realization that you're left behind and didn't even notice?
So this is new for me....and here goes....
Well my name is Julie. I am 16, live in CT, in a small town, and weigh about 232.5 pounds.
I must be weird or something. My friends always tell me about the date that they just went on with the guy they’re seeing, and somehow the words, “He paid for it!” come out. They get that little look on their face like, “Look at me, I have him wrapped around my finger, he paid for it! Aren’t you excited?”… And then they seem to be put off when I just shrug my shoulders.
I always question things trying to understand why. I have found out that if you understand why you obtain a complete understanding especially, when it comes to school material. Recently I have been burdened with the question of what a real friend is.

What is it about music that brings people together and can turn complete strangers into a troupe of singers?
I kid you not. I have seen an entire room of strangers spontaneously break into song and dance.
My brother works for TSA at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas. He called me up today to let me know he got an entire line of passengers to start singing together.

One big lesson I've learned recently from problems with friends is that you should never expect so much from them that it's overbearing and almost needy.
After all, they've done enough by being there for you and being your friend in the first place, and sometimes people just need a break and time for themselves or other people.
