Constitutional rights are a funny thing- not in the “ha ha” sense, but in the sense of strange. They are in the Constitution to prevent the government from infringing on the natural rights of citizens that make democracy possible. Read More »
Freedom of speech
The "Shield" of Irresponsibility

The Unfairness Doctrine
Today on KXPTY106.12 you will not believe this story. I am here to tell you that a presidential candidate has been caught in a very nasty bit of business today. He has now been linked to the ‘militarians’ and has plans to invade the entire world. He will stop at nothing his name is… Hey, wait. Who are these guys in black coats and dark shades that just entered the studio? ... Read More »

Freedom of Speech
The 1st Ammendment of the Bill of Rights claims that Americans have the right of Freedom of Speech. In ways, I believe that this is a great thing to have. Beyond Agitation
As you see in the title, I am beyond agitation. I have read and commented and even reflected upon the misinformed, limited, and just downright stupid information rumbling from blog to blog about things people are just too shy (that being said nicely) or just to darn lazy (that not being said too nicely) to ask about. Pit of Doom and Uprising of the Mud Slut
Myspace was created in 1999 by Tom Anderson and Chris Dewolfe. Up until about 2 or 3 years ago, nobody really assessed the growing threat of teenagers essentially building their own websites. Well, when I say nobody, I do mean parents. Parent's are not nobodies, so forgive me for that slip. Read More »
