This story finaly made the news, "Internet Service Providers are discrimintating against certian traffic" and I finaily relised that it is happening. I notice the slowness of the internet more than most people because I'm on dial up, it also lets me watch my bandwith more closely. I have noticed 2 things 1 my 48Kbps connection is never even closely reached during downloads.
