I put this post under the category of "Effective government," but this begs the question (to my mind, at least): Do I want government to be effective?

I wrote this after reading "The End of America", by Naomi Wolf, a book which I highly recommend.

This was written as a response to part of Naomi Wolf's book, "The End of America", which I highly recommend.
I have come across a fun and easy way to demonstrate my displeasure with the war effort in the Middle East and the inevitable fascism at home that foreign wars bring. This simple method of “waist paper” activism is fun and is an excellent way to exercise and get fresh air.

It's the sound of free speech dieing. Being slowly choked to death by the very people who will need it so desperately later, and by those who will be their oppressors.

I'm sure somebody will read this, and have something to say on how utterly wrong or misguided my views are....However I would like to take a moment and say that I do not care, because I've already made up my mind.
Government is pointless.
