euthanasia

My house is so silent that pin drop could be heard. There is no one screaming at my dog to stop barking, no one is screaming at me to give him water or walk him etc. No. My house is silent.

God didn't put us here on earth so we could choose the 'easy way out' and slip quietly through the pearly gates after succumbing to some terminal disease or life-shattering disfigurement. No, God put us here to endure all the suffering that this cruel (but beautiful) world has to offer.

The United States was originally founded on the idea of life, liberty (defined as the freedom from government, external rule and restrictions) and the pursuit of happiness.

I am torn on whether or not I think Euthanasia should be legal at all. I think it to be acceptable that if a person lays dying and suffering Euthanasia should be allowed of course with the consent of the person in question.

Some question whether or not euthanasia is "right". Well personally, I feel that it should be a choice left up to the person who would be receiving it and them alone. If they are not in their right state of mind to make the decision on their own, then they should be left alone. It should not be left up to a family member. Because you never know what that person really wants.

"Youth In Asia." Doesn't it sound nice? It makes you think about little oriental children. This is not the discusion at hand; euthanasia is.
