In this country, we are all supposed to be equal, hense all the laws against racism and discrimination. We have it written out in our constitution, there are numerous laws and presidential orders with wording in regards to the proper and ethical treatment of treatment of individuals of all races which all boils down to one thing.

Recently I was approached and asked to speak at a Civil Rights service. At first I didn't think I'd be in town so I had to decline but after a recent change of schedule I'm now set to speak.
The only problem is I'm not exactly ready. I mean I'm always ready to speak but I don't know what I want to read.

Unions- they "serve" a variety of professions: auto workers, teachers, contruction workers, government employees- the list goes on and on. What they all have in common is that they all work for better wages and working conditions for their members, and they all drag down the industries whose employees they serve.
