energy sources

I don't quite understand, so maybe someone can explain this to me.
We have cars.
We have solar panels.
We have tools and methods to attach the two together.
Why haven't the two ever met each other?
And if they already have, why have I never seen a single solar powered car in my travels?  Read More »
