While a lot of the reasons DoctorJ put forth are a good part of why people commit suicide, one thing he failed to mention is drug use. When a person is locked in battle with their addictions, and their friends are enabling them to use drugs, it can seem hopeless to try and quit the drug.
I've been pretty ill for the past... oh... six months or so. By "pretty ill" I mean I am usually physically unable to eat. I have no appetite whatsoever and randomly get nauseas or start puking my guts up even when I haven't eaten anything in the past couple days.

A long night of beery dancing to the frenetic whiskey-fueled pounding of a student jug band, wandering my college campus until the hours of sunrise. Holding a newly-met harmonica-playing lovely lady friend as our shivers propel us toward the warmth of the pool hall. Hugging her with unexpected elation as our more-talented and possibly more sober opponents lose the game.
I was reading this great article on former presidential candidate Ron Paul. I wish that more people would have heard his message because its a pretty good one. He is a libertarian. So he feels that certain decisions should be made by the individual instead of the government.
I would appreciate it if college students would quit coming into my neighborhood to buy their weed. In fact, I would appreciate it if college students would quit buying weed at all, until it is legal. Even if it is delivered to your dorm room for you, somewhere down the line, it affects a neighborhood like mine. And I'm sick of it.
On the sixth of March, I, along with my entourage of friends, will make the nine and a half hour drive south to Big Cypress Florida. We embark on this journey not for the needed peace of spring break, for it does not come until the following weekend but to seek the forgotten feeling of Langerado.
