Whaletail!

I have a classmate in my graduate education classes who consistently comes to class with the tail of a pink or black lacy thong sticking out the back of her low-rise jeans. I have a problem with this. Are you aware that the precentage of short term suspension has increased by 2.1%, and that the 77.6% of drop outs are from children between the age of 16-18 years of age.
